Student Clubs, Organizations and Scholarships

Student Philosophy Club

There is a very active student Philosophy Club on Campus, which holds weekly meetings, lectures and other events. All interested students are welcome and should contact the Philosophy Club President at the Philosophy Department.

National Honor Society in Philosophy

C.W. Post is the only private institution on Long Island with an active chapter of Phi Sigma Tau, the National Honor Society in Philosophy. Qualified students are elected to the society and honored at an annual induction ceremony.

Philosophy Scholarships

The Alan Skelly Scholarship Fund, established in honor of a former chairman of the Philosophy Department, offers scholarships to students who wish to study philosophy.
