Lorber Hall (formerly Hutton House) is the home of the School of Professional Accountancy, Hutton House Lectures, the Tax and Accounting Institute, and the Real Estate Institute. The renovation of Lorber Hall was completed in 1999. Highlights of the renovation include three "smart" classrooms, a new elevator, and new faculty offices on the third floor.
