  2. June 1988 - July 1988: Consulted with Digital Equipment Corporation on "Alternative Approaches to provide System Support for the End-User Community".
  3. August 1986 - May 1987: Consulted with Jordan Marsh on "How to Introduce Structured Systems Analysis and Design Tools".
  4. August 1997 - December 1995: Supervised several systems analysis, design, and development (SADD) projects for organizations in Ohio, Massachusetts, and New York.
