Global Diversity

Today's business world is more globally focused than at any time in our history. Managers and employees with diverse cultural backgrounds will need to cooperate in order to effectively compete in a global business environment. Awareness of the diversity of the modern workplace, the global nature of modern business, and the student's role in making quality business decisions are key objectives of the Accelerated International MBA Program. In order to live and work in today's global community, it is essential to have an international perspective.

This program is truly international in course content and focus, the composition of student body and faculty, and location. Now, more than ever, the corporate world wants to hire graduates knowledgeable about the technical, political and social environments of business. It is the collegial and supportive atmosphere that flourishes in this program.

The lively multi-national mix of students ensures that students learn almost as much from their classmates as they will from their professors. A frequent topic of classroom discussion is how particular management concepts and techniques can be applied in countries with different cultures.

The program is a blend of theory and practice directed toward the needs of the practicing professional. Students have the opportunity to acquire the most advanced knowledge and to develop the necessary skills and attitudes vital to today's top-level executives. Management is essentially a "people affair." Accordingly, our faculty emphasizes the human and ethical connotations of any business decision.
