| Certificate, non-credit programs for a distinct
category of employees (for example, management skills for newly appointed
managers and team leaders, communication skills for clerical workers,
computer programs for all levels) can be tailored to meet the needs
of the group.
C.W. Post and the American Management Association
(AMA) have developed a multicourse curriculum to meet the unique
needs of working professionals who want to learn state-of-the-art
business skills. Classes may be taken individually or in pursuit
of a certificate. In order to earn a certificate, six courses must
be completed. These courses require no prior subject knowledge.
