A lot of good information, but they're much too hard on some
minor points (like rainbow bars) and not hard enough on some
major ones (like frames). Unfortunately, when the site's creator
published a book on web design, he removed some of that
information. The site was redesigned, and I made some snide
comments here about how bad it looked. Finally, I "got it"
and realized it was a joke. (Doesn't this guy know that irony's
supposed to be dead?)
